Sabrina Berg

Associate Program Officer Sabrina Berg supports the program team by helping deploy grants that align with ECMC Foundation’s mission and North Star goal. She supports strategic grantmaking that advances systemic change in postsecondary education, focusing on improving outcomes for underserved students through due diligence, cross-team collaboration, event planning and project management.

Prior to joining ECMC Foundation, Sabrina worked as a college access specialist at ECMC Group, where she managed ECMC’s Opportunities book and led the distribution of nearly 400,000 books annually. In addition, she managed ECMC College Nights, where she oversaw events nationwide designed to educate high school students and their families on the college-planning process. Sabrina also served as an ECMC Scholars Program manager, benefiting nearly 500 high school students annually through a college access program for underserved high school students.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Why are you working at ECMC Foundation and committed to working toward improving higher education for underserved learners?

I am committed to improving higher education for underserved learners at the Foundation because I deeply believe that all students—regardless of their background—deserve the opportunity to persist in and achieve their postsecondary aspirations.
